Our Story
Charmill Residential was founded by Andrew Brass and Lee Platt in 2021. Two estate agents who have served Little Venice, Maida Vale, St John’s Wood and the surrounding areas for over 35 years combined. After seeing the need for a greater level of service, they joined forces to offer a more bespoke experience. The name Charmill was inspired by their very own families, namely their children Charlie, Harlie and Millie.
Andrew and Lee’s extensive understanding of the real estate market in these areas, unparalleled eye for detail and passion is at the core of everything that Charmill Residential is and does. It is this ethos of the brand which ensures every vendor, landlord, buyer and tenant feels confident and comfortable throughout their property journey.
