Charmill Residential was founded by Andrew Brass & Lee Platt, two estate agents with over 35 combined years of experience in the property industry. After seeing the need for a greater level of service in their sector, they joined together to offer a more bespoke experience. The name Charmill was inspired by their very own families, namely their kids Charlie, Harlie and Millie.
The Charmill Residential team brings their wealth of knowledge, extensive experience and unparalleled eye for detail to ensure that every seller, landlord, tenant and buyer feels confident and comfortable throughout their property journey.
